Meet & Greet-

Hello, Is It Me You're Looking Fur?

Description: Before we become your pet’s new best friend, we require a 30 minute Meet & Greet. We’ll learn about your pet's one-of-a-kind personality, daily routine, feeding and potty schedule, treats, special needs, favorite toys, the rules of the home, and answer any questions to ensure we’re the right fit for your best friend. Your pet will get a chance to sniff us out and get to see who’ll be giving them all the love and care while you’re away. It’s the perfect way to start building trust—and maybe sneak in a chin scratch or two. Whether your pet is a zoomie-prone pup or a kitty who prefers a slow blink and a sunny windowsill, we’ll take the time to make them feel safe and loved. Additional meetings may be required for pets to adjust, to meet closer to departure, and if care hasn’t been scheduled for 6+ months, etc.

Length of Time: 30 minutes

Cost: Complimentary if scheduled >3 weeks before house sitting and >2 weeks before checkins and walks.

$30 starting service price if scheduled otherwise.

Key Services

Description: If you'd prefer key pick-up or drop-off services outside of scheduled pet care, there is a $20–$30 fee depending on your location and distance from your service provider. For your convenience, we recommend using a key lockbox.

Dog Walking & Play Services:

Dog Walks

Description: This isn’t just any walk—it’s a pawsome adventure tailored to your pup’s needs! Before we hit the trail, we always check the pavement temp to keep those paws safe and comfy. During the stroll, your doggo gets plenty of time to sniff all the best spots, take bathroom breaks, and soak up tons of affection and praise. Longer outings can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Availability: 8am–8pm year-round, weather permitting

Length of Time: 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the weather and your dog’s health

Cost: $30 starting service price includes 1 dog, +$5 each additional pet

Adventure Walks

Description: Got a high-energy pup ready to explore? Our Adventure Walk is perfect for your active dog(s)! Spend 1.5 hours trekking nature trails close to your home, sniffing new scents, and burning off that extra energy. We handle pick-up and drop-off, so you can relax while your pups enjoy the great outdoors. Longer outings can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Availability: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM year-round, weather permitting

Length of Time: 90 minutes, depending on the weather and your dog’s health

Cost: $65 starting service price includes 2 dogs, +$5 per additional pet

35 Minute Checkin –

A Short but Sweet Dose of TLC,

Just for One!

Description: If your one and only furry friend deserves all the love and care, our 35 minute checkin is perfect for giving them plenty of focused attention while you’re away! This visit is all about your pet—lots of snuggles, food and water, treats, any meds needed, a potty break, and playtime or a short walk just for them. We’ll also tidy up pet messes, scoop litter or clean up waste, and can water plants or grab the mail upon request! You’ll get adorable photos and a detailed visit report sent straight to your phone via the Time to Pet app—because your pet’s happiness is our top priority.

Cost: $30 starting service price is for only 1 pet

35 Minute Checkin –

A Short but Sweet Dose of TLC,

For 2 or More!

Description: While you're away, we’ll swing by your pet’s home to give them the love and care they deserve! Our check-ins are perfect for cats, dogs, and other small pets. Each visit includes snuggles, meal/water breaks, treats, meds (if needed), potty breaks, and playtime or a short walk. We’ll also tidy up pet messes, scoop litter or clean up waste, and can water plants or grab the mail upon request! You’ll get updates, adorable pics, and a full visit summary through the Time to Pet app—because peace of mind should come with a side of cuteness.

Cost: $35 starting service price includes 2 pets, +$5 per extra pet

45 Minute Checkin –

More Time, More Love!

Description: While you're away, we’ll stop by your pet’s home to give them the extra love, care, and attention they deserve! Our 45 minute checkins are great for cats, dogs, and other small pets who enjoy a little more company. Each visit includes plenty of snuggles, food and water breaks, treats, meds (if needed), potty time, and extended playtime or walk. We’ll also tidy up pet messes, scoop litter or clean up waste, and can water plants or grab the mail upon request! You'll receive real-time updates, adorable photos, and a detailed visit summary through the Time to Pet app—because peace of mind should come wrapped in tail wags and happy paws.

Cost: $40 starting service price includes 2 pets, +$5 per extra pet

60 Minute Checkin –

When Quality Time Matters Most!

Description: Give your furry friend the royal treatment with our full hour checkin! Perfect for pets who love extra attention, playtime, and plenty of TLC while you’re away. This 60 minute visit is packed with snuggles, a meal and water break, treats, meds (if needed), potty time, and extended playtime or walk—tailored just for your pet’s needs. We’ll also tidy up pet messes, scoop litter or clean up waste, and can water plants or grab the mail upon request! Plus, you’ll get adorable photos and a detailed visit update sent straight to your phone via the Time to Pet app—because your pet deserves the very best!

Cost: $55 starting service price includes 2 pets, +$5 per extra pet

Bed & Breakfast Checkin –

2 Hours Evening Care +

1 Hour Next Morning TLC!

Description: The perfect overnight alternative for pets who love extra company without needing a full sleepover! In the evening, your pet will enjoy a full dinner routine, meds (if needed), a walk or extended playtime, snuggles, and some relaxed companionship as they settle in for the night. We'll tidy up, refresh water, clean up any messes, and make sure your pet feels safe, calm, and loved before bedtime. The next morning, we’re back for breakfast, potty breaks, another walk or play session, and more affection to help your pet start the day on the right paw. You’ll get photo updates and detailed visit reports after each checkin through the Time to Pet app—because your pet’s comfort and routine matter just as much as yours. Additional time may be booked as a checkin.

It’s a cozy, stress-free alternative to boarding—perfect for cats, dogs, or other small pets. Your pet will enjoy personalized attention, affection, and care throughout the stay. We’ll handle meals, treats, meds (if needed), potty breaks, 15–45 minutes of daily exercise, and plenty of playtime or snuggles. Food and water bowls will be cleaned and refilled, and pet messes will be tidied up. You'll receive regular updates with photos, videos, and messages via the Time to Pet app—so you always know your pet is happy and cared for. We can also bring in the mail, water plants, or handle trash bins upon request. Please note: We're typically out of the home 5–10 hours per day. Requests for more time or extra care may affect pricing.

Length of Time: 24 hours (about 5-10 hours/day out of the home)

Cost: $115 starting service price is for only 1 pet (cat or dog)

Outside Business Hours Surcharge: $15.00 surcharge for house sitting and $5.00 for all other services

Holiday Surcharge: 25% fee per service (includes select days surrounding the holiday)

Late Fees: $15.00 fee per day for past due invoices and account balances

Convenience Fee: 25% fee for requests with <48 hours' notice

Late Cancellation Fee: 100% cancellation fee when cancellation notice is given <14 days for house sitting and <7 days for other services

Refund Policy: 50% of the balance is non-refundable and covers committed resources and lost opportunity.

However, a 50% service credit may apply if the Cancellation Policy is followed.

Service Agreement Reminders

Please see the Service Agreement after you create your account through Time to Pet.

50% of Balance Due: By 12:00 AM (MST) 3 weeks before house sitting and 2 weeks before all other services. If accepted later, the first payment's due date is 24 hours after the accepted service request (but no later than 2 days before the start of service).

Remaining Balance Due: By 12:00 AM (MST) 2 days before the start of service, and will autocharge to payment method(s).

Other Payment Options: Send payment through Zelle (minus Time to Pet's processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) at least 12 hours before each payment’s deadline.

All dogs and cats must have proof of Rabies vaccination (or a waiver from their veterinarian) to receive services.

Tips are greatly appreciated! Payment exceeding the balance owed will be considered a tip.

Business hours, service rates, surcharges, and additional fees may change, but our love for pets never will.
